TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • Varex XRD 4343N Flat Panel X-ray Detector with 150-micron pixel pitch

  • NIKON Microfocus 225kV Reflection Target module with a minimum 3 µm spot, up to 7 W (maximum of 160µm, at 225 W), and Rotating Target module with a minimum 10 µm spot up to 30 W (maximum of 160µm, at 450 W)

  • NIKON Microfocus 450kV high-brilliance x-ray source with a minimum 80µm spot (maximum of 113µm, at full power)

  • High-precision Helical CT Scanning

  • NIKON Offset CT scanning modes to maximize imaging resolution on larger samples
